There are many organisations working in different ways to provide valuable services, support and advice to our customers - applicants and tenants in the highest need of state housing assistance. If you work with one of these groups, this page is for you.

 

Don’t forget our Customer Services Centre on 0800 801 601 is one of the most valuable resources for customers and their advocates.  Housing advisors answer most queries on the spot. Operating hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday for all enquiries and 24/7 for urgent calls.
