We are currently recruiting for our Graduate intake for 2020. As part of the programme you will get experience and exposure to different projects and programmes of work within our organisation.

On offer are multiple places on our Graduate Development Programme, based predominantly in Auckland; however, there is opportunity to complete part of your rotation in Wellington or Christchurch.

Your Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Development Programme will commence in February 2020, and continue for an 18 month period.

We are seeking graduates for our Construction Group who are driven, enthusiastic and share our social purpose – a passion for making a difference to the lives of New Zealanders and their communities. This is a rare opportunity to build your legacy on the region you love!

During the programme, you will gain experience and exposure to different projects and programmes of work within our organisation. This will allow you and us to identify what area of the business is best suited to you, and where you want to make your mark and grow your career.

Roles available once this programme has been completed include:

  • Assistant Development Manager
  • Assistant Project Manager
  • Assistant Development Strategy Advisor
  • Asset Manager
  • Portfolio Manager
