The health and safety of our tenants, maintenance contractors and visitors to our properties is important to us.

As landlords, we’re required to provide and maintain our properties in a reasonable state of repair and ensure we comply with the Health and Safety Act.  We take these requirements seriously, and work hard to ensure our properties are safe, clean and tidy, and that smoke alarms are working when our tenants move in.

We also carry out all urgent health and safety repairs within four hours of them being reported to us, and urgent non health or safety repairs within 10 working days.

You can help by keeping your property clutter-free inside and out, well ventilated and dry and by letting us know if fire alarms aren’t working or something needs to be repaired.  Simply call us on 0800 801 601.
