    Controlling mould in your house

    Mould is a type of fungus that grows in damp areas inside and outside the home. It usually appears as green, grey, brown, black, white or red growth or stains on walls, ceilings and other surfaces. It appears in speckled patches or streaks that become larger as it grows. Another name for mould is mildew.

    Housing for Community Groups

    Community Group Housing is a Housing New Zealand service to help community groups find the right house in which to provide their services.

    Under Community Group Housing, we offer rental housing to government-funded groups or organisations that provide residential community services and who hold a current Government funded service delivery contract, and or have an approved accreditation to deliver a government funded service.
